Our biggest
filler

The 8 heads single bottle type filler is the largest filler in our delivery program. We supply it as a basic version but also as a complete filler with fully automatic rinser, depal and semi-auto capper.

These machines are made for 1 type of bottle (usually 0.33L). The diameter of the bottle is decisive and can be placed in the margin of the glass.manufacturer are adjusted.

This filler can fill up to 2200 bottles per hour.

Machine explanation

Our 8 head machines are built according to the customer's wishes. The base contains a filler + capper. A loading system can be added with a small or large depalitizer, which in turn can be equipped with a fully automatic rinser. At the end of the machine, the bottles can be pushed to a labeling machine or a packing table can be placed where the bottles are saved for packaging.

Filling is always fully automatic with our sensor technology. Capping can be done semi-automatically, with a user adding 8 crown caps each time.
