The whole concept is to move the bottle from filling to capping as quickly as possible. We achieve this by moving the entire row forward by just one bottle, not six.

The time between filling and capping with this machine is only 1.7 seconds, allowing for perfect "cap on foam" results.

Uitleg machine

This machine is designed for fully automatic operation. Unlike our 6- and 8-head semi-automatic machines, this machine cannot operate semi-automatically. Bottles are always loaded automatically into the machine from a conveyor belt, labeler, or depalletizer. The fully automatic rinser is often located here as well, which rinses the bottles before filling.

The filling process itself is extremely precise and lightning-fast. We utilize all the latest technologies on this machine, such as fast flush and our unique fully automatic capper with crown cork sorter.
