Casepacker semi-automatic

Pack bottles into boxes or crates quickly, efficiently, and ergonomically with our universal case packing machine. Designed for maximum flexibility, this system can handle a wide range of bottle formats and packing configurations.
Bottles are first arranged in rows of 4, 5, or 6 and moved onto the collection table. A specially designed gripper then lifts the bottles in a predefined configuration and places them directly into a box or crate.
Once filled, boxes can easily continue through a case sealer, while crates can be transported via a roller conveyor, making the machine easy to integrate into existing packaging lines.

Exchange adapter for 12 × 0.75 L bottles
Every machine includes one adapter for a specific bottle type, with additional adapters available for other formats.
